By accessing or using DBridge at dbridge.dev ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

DBridge provides free developer utilities for personal and commercial use. You may use the tools on this site as part of your own projects, workflows, or business operations without restriction, subject to the following:

• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, or exploit the infrastructure.
• Automated scraping or bulk API calls beyond normal use is prohibited without prior written consent.

The DBridge name, logo, and site design are the property of DBridge. The underlying open-source libraries used by each tool are subject to their respective licenses. Tool output generated by you (e.g. formatted SQL, generated UUIDs) belongs entirely to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the tools are error-free, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. Use the output of these tools at your own discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DBridge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in an appropriate jurisdiction agreed upon by both parties.
